Let’s start with His dream. We are in the Father’s thoughts, and our lives are a beat in His heart. (Psalms 139) Hallelujah! We are not a mistake, out of sequence, or in any measure a looser! “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28, KJV)

I will introduce myself as a Born Again child of God, an Okie (one who lives in Oklahoma), a wife, a mother, grandmother, a great grandmother, and young enough to remember the “good ole days”! 

For someone who might not know, Oklahoma sits in the Bible belt or mid-west section of our country. We are blessed to have rolling hills, mountains (foothills of the Rockies), and the flatlands. I am very proud of my American heritage and those who fought and fight to keep this nation free! Free from tyranny and the evils which we encounter daily.

So often in my life, I have wanted to write and share my thoughts or adventures with others. The Web now affords me this avenue in life with new friendships. So, with great excitement, “let’s go!”

It became evident to me at an early age that I cared about people. So many opportunities every day to smile, talk to a stranger I might meet and listen to their hearts. I may never cross their path again, but I sure can pray for them. Not necessarily a long prayer but lifting them before my heavenly Father who truly loves them and knows their needs. Many of you may identify with this time of giving to another.  For me, I feel like a spy on an assignment engaged in some covert operation.  Are we not all secret agents for the Lord? Think about it; you could be one too. 🙂

In my life, I have had dreams fulfilled, walked a path chosen and directed by God, also worked in places which were a direct answer to my prayers. I have been a police dispatcher, a pastors/church secretary, a departmental secretary in higher education, a radio station manager, and traveled cross country with my husband. (The last one was the very best of all!) Am I someone special? Yes, to God…just like you!
